Manuscript Repository Centre:

The Mahamahopadhyay Dhireswaracharya Library has been taking initiatives to collected rare manuscripts. The library has as many as 474 manuscripts collected from different sources. The University Library also participated in the Literary Festivals held in Sankardev Kalakhetra at Guwahati organized by National Book Trust (NBT) on 23rd and 24th January, 2017and displayed the Manuscripts available in the Library.

Library Operating System:

The manual practice replaced by user friendly software KOHA has been installed with an objective to digitalize the Library management system. Now some free e journal is available in our Library.

Library Resources

  1. Mahamahopadhyay Dhireswaracharya Library has books and Journals in print format.
  2. It has been computerised with internet facilities to accommodate electronic resources.
  3. It has KOHA enabled digital resources made access to readers.
  4. The library has deposits of old question papers of past examinations for students use.
  5. The library has Open Access facility.
