Guidelines for publication of research papers

शोधपत्रप्रकाशननियमाः

1. पत्रिकेयम् अन्तर्जालीया वार्षिकी वर्तते।

2. शोधपत्रस्य भाषा संस्कृतम् आङ्ग्लम् असमीया च भवितुं शक्नोति ।

3. समीक्षासमित्या अनुशंसितानि पत्राणि एव प्रकाश्यन्ते।

4. पुनरीक्षकाणां  लेखकाय संशोधनस्य संस्तुति भवति चेत् तस्य अपेक्षितसंशोधनं  लेखकेन आवश्यमेव करणीयमिति ।

5. अस्यां पत्रिकायां विमर्शात्मकाः परका अप्रकाशिता: उच्चस्तरीयाः मौलिकाश्चशोधलेखाः प्रकाशनार्थं स्वीक्रियन्ते।

6. अत्र पारम्परिक-आधुनिकशाखविषयकाणि पत्राणि स्वीक्रियन्ते, न तु हास्यव्यङ्ग्यकाव्यनाटकसम्बद्धानि नव्यानि रचनानि।

7. शोधपत्रं संस्कृतस्य यूनिकोड-अक्षरै: (Font size 14)3000 शब्दपरिमितं, असमीयाया: यूनिकोड-अक्षरै: (Font size 12)3000 शब्दपरिमितं,आ‌ङ्ग्ले Times New Roman अक्षरै: (Font size 12)3000 शब्दपरिमितम् एव स्वीक्रियते।

8. साहित्यचौरं (Drillbit)10% तः अधिकं चेत् प्रकाशनाय न स्वीक्रियते।

9. पत्रिकेयम् Double Blind Peer Review Policy अनुसारमेवभवति |

10. शोधपत्रे सन्दर्भाः MLA 9th/APA 7thशैलानुसारमेव स्युः।

11. निर्धारितसमये प्राप्तपत्राणि एव प्रकाशनार्थं स्वीक्रियन्ते।

12. शोधपत्राणां प्रकाशनस्य प्रकाशितपत्रस्य च सर्वाधिकारः सम्पादनसमितेरेवभविष्यति।

13. ट‌ङ्कितं शोधपत्रं MSWord, PDF इत्यनयोः माध्यमेन e.aantariki.iqac.kbvsasun@gmail.com इत्यत्र प्रेषणीयं भवति।

Guidelines (English)

1. It is an Annual E-Journal.

2. The language of the research paper may be eitherin Sanskrit, Assamese or English.

3. Only papers recommended by the review committee will be published.

4. If reviewers recommend revision, the author must make the required changes/revisions.

5. Unpublished high-quality original, critical and research-oriented articles are accepted for publication.

6. Only traditional śāstricand modern knowledge based research papers are accepted; not creative writing including comedy, satire, poetry and drama.

7. Articles are accepted at a limit of 3000 words in Sanskrit, Englishand Assamese in Unicode font.

8 Paper with Plagiarism of more than 10% will not be accepted for publication.

9. The journal will follow Double Blind Review Policy.

10. References in the research paper should be in accordance with MLA 9thor APA7th Edition Style.

11. Only papers received within last date will be accepted for publication.

12. The Editorial Board reserves all rights to publish or reject articles and also reserves the copyright of published research papers

Reviewer Eligibility Guidelines

To maintain a high academic standard, KBVSASU journals from IQAC Cell Journal follow strict eligibility criteria for selecting reviewers.

1. Academic Qualifications

A reviewer must have:

  • A minimum of a Master’s degree in Sanskrit, Ancient Studies, Indian Philosophy, Assamese, Political Science, Education, Yoga, Jyotish,History, or any field relevant to the manuscript.
  • Preferably a Ph.D. or significant scholarly expertise in the relevant specialization.
2. Research Experience

Reviewers should have:

  • At least one peer-reviewed publication in the relevant field.
  • Familiarity with classical Sanskrit texts, manuscripts, commentarial traditions, or Indian Philosophy, Assamese, Political Science, Education, Yoga, Jyotish,History, or relevant modern research methodologies, depending on the paper’s nature.
3. Subject-Matter Expertise

Reviewers must be able to:

  • Understand the manuscript’s thematic domain (e.g., Vyākaraṇa, Vedānta, Nyāya, Purāṇas,Indian Philosophy, Assamese, Political Science, Education, Yoga, Jyotish,History, etc.).
4. Ethical and Professional Conduct

Eligible reviewers must:

  • Agree to maintain strict confidentiality.
  • Avoid plagiarism and respect academic integrity.
  • Decline review if they are not competent or lack time.
5. No Conflict of Interest

Reviewers are not eligible if they:

  • Are close collaborators, guide/supervisor, student, or colleague of the author.
  • Have a personal or academic rivalry.
  • Have financial interests connected to the manuscript.
6. Willingness to Follow Review Standards

Reviewers must:

  • Provide constructive, unbiased feedback.
  • Use respectful language and academic tone.
  • Submit the review within the deadline.
