Submission Guidelines
Submission Guidelines for Authors For Submission to a Multidisciplinary Journal in Sanskrit, Assamese, and English
1. Submission Deadline
Articles are to be submitted to the official email ID (eantariki@kbvsasun.ac.in) of E-Āntarikī from 1 November to 7 December every year in .docx (MS Word) format.
2. Languages Accepted
Manuscripts may be submitted in:
- Sanskrit
- Assamese
- English
Authors must ensure proper grammar, spelling, and linguistic accuracy before submission.
3. Originality and Plagiarism
Submitted manuscripts must be original and should not have been published or submitted elsewhere simultaneously. The similarity/plagiarism index must remain within the permissible limit prescribed on the journal website.
4. Manuscript Format
The manuscript should be typed in Unicode font using the following specifications:
- Sanskrit: Kokila, 14 pt
- Assamese: Banikanta, 12 pt
- English: Times New Roman, 12 pt
Line Spacing: 1.5
Margins: 1 inch on all sides
5. Structure of the Paper
The manuscript should generally contain:
- Title of the Paper
- Name and Affiliation of Author(s)
- Abstract (150–250 words)
- 5 Keywords
- Main Body
- Conclusion
- References
6. Citation and Referencing Style
Authors should follow either:
- MLA 9th Edition, or
- APA 7th Edition
The chosen style must be followed consistently throughout the paper.
7. Word Limit
Research articles should be between 2000–3000 words (excluding the abstract).
Short communications and book reviews may have separate word limits as decided by the Editorial Board.
8. Submission Procedure
Authors should submit the manuscript in MS Word format along with:
- Author(s)’ declaration regarding originality
- Brief bio-note of the author(s)
- Contact details including email address and phone number
- ORCID ID (if available)
9. Peer Review Process
All submitted manuscripts shall undergo a Double-Blind Peer Review Process. The Editorial Board reserves the right to accept, reject, or request revisions to the manuscript.
10. Copyright and Ethics
Authors shall be solely responsible for the views expressed in their articles. Proper acknowledgment of sources and adherence to publication ethics are mandatory.
11. Final Decision
The decision of the Editorial Board regarding publication shall be final and binding.
