The 3^rd Convocation of Kumar Bhaskar Varma Sanskrit and Ancient Studies University will be held in the month of April, 2025 (tentative) in the University campus.

The Degrees that will be conferred in the 3^rd Convocation are as follows:

1. Ph. D: Degree notified from 22/03/2024 till the last date of submission of Application form for registering the 3^rd Convocation, 2025.
2. Post Graduate Courses: Odd Semester December, 2023 & Even Semester June, 2024.
3. Integrated Courses: Odd Semester December, 2023 & Even Semester June, 2024.
4. Diploma/ Certificate Courses: From 22/03/2024till the last date of submission of Application form for registering into the 3^rd Convocation, 2025.

The Candidates, who are eligible and willing to attend the Convocation should apply online for Registering in the prescribed Online Form available in https://kbvs.curioversity.com/unlogged-guest/registration w.e.f 12:30 pm of 7^th March, 2025. Last date of submission of application form is 31^st March, 2025 up to 12:00 midnight.

(No application will be accepted after the last date under any circumstances)

The Fee for registering into the3^rd Convocation is – Rs. 2000.00. The amount paid is non-refundable.
